Terms of Service

Stonebake is a trading name of ANTICOLI PIZZA LTD, a company registered in England and Wales. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts.

We sell physical kitchenware and tableware for home pizza nights, shipped worldwide, priced in USD.

Stonebake sells tools and tableware only. We do not sell, supply or ship any food, ingredients, flour, sauces, drinks or other consumables. Cruets and shakers are sold empty; the recipe journal is sold blank. There is no way to buy food anywhere on this site.

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Card payments are not yet enabled on this site: you place your order here, and we email you a confirmation with secure payment and delivery details before anything is charged. Any future card charge will show the descriptor STONEBAKE on your statement.

We may decline or cancel an order (for example, obvious pricing errors or suspected fraud) and will refund any payment taken.

High heat: baking stones, steels and pans come out of the oven extremely hot. Always use oven gloves and a heat-resistant rest, and let items cool fully before handling. Stones can crack from thermal shock — never wet a hot stone or bake a wet one. These products are for home ovens and grills only; we sell no open-flame appliances, fuel or charcoal.

Sharp tools: cutters, wheels, scissors and graters are sharp culinary tools — not toys and not weapons. Store them with guards on and use them as intended. Children should use kitchen tools only under adult supervision; children's items are round-edged for supervised use.

Food-contact care: follow each item's stated food-grade material, temperature rating and cleaning guidance. Most stones must not be washed with detergent; steel must be dried and oiled; wood is hand-wash and re-oil.

Stonebake Club is a pure subscription for service benefits (member pricing, free shipping and, on Studio, a quarterly physical tool). It includes no points, credits or stored value.

Memberships are arranged by email while card billing is being set up: we confirm the plan, price and renewal date with you before anything is charged. Once active, plans renew each month or year at the price shown until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by emailing us or from your account; benefits continue until the end of the paid period. Quarterly physical items already shipped are not refundable.

We provide products with reasonable care and to the standard required by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for misuse of tools contrary to the safety guidance provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You must be 18 or older to purchase, or have guardian consent. Under-13s may not use the site. Those aged 13 to 17 require guardian consent. Children may participate in cooking only under adult supervision.
