Returns Policy

How to return items you have changed your mind about, and what can and cannot be returned.
Tools only. We never sell or ship food, ingredients or drinks. Cruets ship empty; the journal ships blank.
High heat. Stones and steels come out searingly hot and can crack from thermal shock. Use gloves and a rest; home ovens only.
Your window
Return unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Bake Club and Bake Studio members get 60 days.
What cannot be returned
For hygiene, food-contact tools that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
Empty cruets and the blank journal can be returned if unused; they contain nothing edible to begin with.
Quarterly Studio items already shipped are not returnable.
Return shipping
Unless an item was faulty or incorrect, you cover return shipping. We recommend a tracked service for heavy items. Original outbound shipping is non-refundable except for faulty or incorrect items.
How to return
Email support@anticolipizza.shop with your order number before sending anything back, and we will share the return address and steps.
